Job Description

• The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial planning, reporting, and control processes to ensure strong financial performance and regulatory compliance.
• The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, revenue assurance, cost management, financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.
• The ideal candidate will drive financial efficiency, strengthen internal controls, ensure accurate reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth in the fast-paced telecoms environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting operations.
• Develop financial strategies that strengthen growth, compliance, and profitability.
• Oversee revenue assurance, and customer billing reconciliations.
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance (FIRS, NCC, CAC, etc.).
• Deliver timely management reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Advise management on financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and planning.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization, i.e., evaluation of new projects and ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Professional certification — ACA, ACCA, or CPA (required).
• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in senior management.
• Telecom / ICT / VAS industry experience is mandatory.

Skills:

• Solid experience in telecom or ICT finance, ideally with VAS, ISP, or interconnect operations.
• Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Deep understanding of telecom billing systems, settlements, and NCC regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency with Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally, and advanced Excel / Power BI skills.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.

Salary
N700,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
