Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the company’s financial structure, controls, and reporting systems during its transition phase. The role focuses on moving the organization from basic financial handling to a structured, compliant, and data-driven finance function.
The ideal candidate must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of building financial systems, processes, and discipline from the ground up while supporting management with accurate financial insight for decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- 5–8 years relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Prior experience in importation, distribution, FMCG, or trading environments is an advantage.
- Experience setting up finance systems in SMEs or transitioning companies is highly desirable.
