Facility Manager / Maintenance Officer
Job Description

- We are seeking a proactive and reliable Facility Manager / Maintenance Officer to ensure our office and store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the office premises to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and ensure all equipment (generator, lighting, storage systems, etc.) are functioning properly
- Liaise with the Admin/Operations Manager on procurement of necessary items and repair needs
- Run official errands for the company as required.
- Ensure all sales deliveries are properly packed, secured, and dispatched professionally
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Cashier to check, monitor, and maintain cosmetics inventory
- Promptly report maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions
Requirements
- OND or relevant technical certification
- 1–3 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational needs
- High level of responsibility and trustworthiness.
