Facility & Maintenance Manager
Ziba Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Facility & Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of our facilities, assets, and maintenance operations.
This role is hands-on and supervisory. If you can plan, supervise, enforce standards, and prevent assets from falling into disrepair, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain all resort facilities, buildings, and assets
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team daily
- Implement and enforce preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure no damaged facility or asset is abandoned or left unresolved
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and external contractors
- Conduct regular facility inspections and report issues
- Ensure basic health and safety standards are maintained
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience managing facilities or maintenance teams
- Strong supervision and leadership skills
- Practical, hands-on maintenance background
- Experience in hospitality, resorts, estates, or large properties is an advantage
- Ability to plan, inspect, follow up, and enforce standards
