- Vendors to be considered will be those that comply with government and SGDI regulations. Sahei gender development initiative (SGDI) will only engage with Vendors who meet these regulations, such as tax clearance for the previous year, and are not involved in Fraud and/or terrorism.

- All documents must be filled, signed, and stamped.
- Company Profile
- Quotation must be on Company letterhead alongside SGDI RFQ.
- All bids must be sealed in an envelope and marked with instructions, and description
- Note that successful bidders who submitted their bid via the online option must present a hard copy of the submission before completing the award process.
- All unsealed and late bids will automatically be disqualified
- Bids will be evaluated on the following criteria, including but not limited to price, quality, and delivery time.
