Role Description

• This is an on-site contract role for an Experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor located in Benin City.
• The individual in this role will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that service standards are met or exceeded.
• Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring food and service quality, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• The role also involves coordinating with kitchen staff, managing inventory, and assisting in staff training to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of Service Standards and best practices in hospitality and food service
• Proficiency in Food Service and Customer Service to ensure high-quality guest experiences
• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with staff and customers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hotel or restaurant management is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
