Experience & Activation Manager
The Experience & Activation Manager will be responsible for increasing customer traffic, designing engaging weekly experiences, executing promotional campaigns, and positioning BEXIL Gardens as the leading lifestyle destination in Maiduguri.
This role requires a creative, energetic, and result-driven individual who understands event strategy, youth engagement, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute weekly themed events and customer activations
- Increase daily and monthly customer traffic
- Design promotional campaigns and experience packages
- Collaborate with kitchen team for special menu promotions
- Build partnerships with influencers, schools, organizations, and brands
- Coordinate with digital marketing team for content and event coverage
- Track performance metrics including revenue growth and attendance
- Prepare activation performance reports
