Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Embroidery Digitizing Specialist to join our innovative team at Embroidery Digitizing Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to production timelines. Your contributions will play a crucial role in the overall success of our projects, allowing us to deliver exceptionally embroidered products to our clients.

Accountabilities:

• Contribute substantially to project design by thoroughly comprehending the specifications and requirements associated with each initiative.
• Set up, operate, and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered items.
• Follow production schedules and guidelines to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Observe and evaluate the performance of machinery and the quality of the output, implementing adjustments as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of embroidery machines to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications.

 Required:

• A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science or Technical Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of embroidery machines and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret design files and specifications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  Preferred:

• Previous experience operating embroidery machines or in a similar role in textile production.
• Familiarity with embroidery software and digital embroidery file formats.
• Knowledge of color theory and fabric characteristics.

  Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:

• Proficiency in operating embroidery machines such as Tajima, Brother, or similar brands
• Experience with embroidery design software (e.g., Wilcom, Hatch)
• Understanding of machine maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques
