Direct Sales Agent (Retail) / Direct Sales Executive (SME)
We are looking for smart, energetic, and persuasive individuals to join our team in Onitsha.
You will be responsible for driving sales and onboarding clients [DSA- individual retail customers] and [DSE- small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs)] while delivering excellent customer service and tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, acquire, and onboard new retail and SME clients
- Market and sell savings accounts, current accounts, loans, POS solutions, and other financial products
- Conduct field marketing and client engagement activities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and ensure compliance with banking policies
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. (minimum of Second Class Lower or Upper Credit for HND)
- Must be under 30 years
- Must reside in Onitsha
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven, resilient, and customer-focused
- Previous sales experience is an advantage (banking/financial services preferred)
