Role Overview

• As a Design Engineer, you will play a key role in driving innovation and supporting production through high-quality technical designs and prototypes.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reverse engineering to reproduce or improve existing components
• Create accurate and efficient mechanical designs for casting and machining
• Produce detailed technical drawings using CAD software
• Interpret existing technical drawings and create new ones using recognized industry standards and conventions
• Support 3D printing and prototyping processes
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure designs meet functional and manufacturing requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage projects independently or as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
