Deputy CEO
The Deputy CEO will:
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction alongside the CEO
- Oversee daily operations, research delivery, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead business development, client relationships, and revenue growth
- Build and manage high-performing teams across research and operations
- Ensure methodological rigor, quality control, and data integrity
- Represent the organization with government, corporate, and development sector clients
We’re looking for:
- 10+ years leadership experience, with at least 5 at senior/executive level
- Proven track record in scaling research, consulting, or data-driven organizations
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Experience in research, public opinion, policy, or consulting sectors (preferred)
