Deposit Mobilization Officers
- Actively identify and pursue opportunities to attract new depositors and increase the bank’s deposit base.
- Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote deposit products and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assess customers’ financial needs, risk tolerance, and investment objectives to recommend suitable deposit products.
- Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various deposit products to customers, ensuring they understand the offerings.
- Process deposit account applications, complete required documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Meet assigned targets and quota in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks.
- Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization , retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition
- Flexibility to carry out any other task as requested by Management.
