Role Overview

• A mid-level construction company in Lagos is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Design Architect for project-based assignments.
• This role is ideal for recent HND/BSc Architecture graduates or NYSC participants who are eager to gain hands-on experience in architectural design and site supervision.
• The selected candidate will be involved in all stages of architectural projects — from concept design to site follow-ups — while learning to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and refining architectural concepts and working drawings.
• Prepare project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and revision logs.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and aesthetic preferences.
• Support the tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Attend site visits (Yaba and Island) to observe construction progress and assist with site reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design progress.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Architecture (recent graduate or NYSC eligible).
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit (compulsory), AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Google Workspace) is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid structure and attend site visits as required.
• An online portfolio showcasing academic or internship projects is required.
