Construction Project Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities in line with project drawings and specifications
- Review technical drawings and ensure accurate interpretation and execution on-site
- Develop and monitor project schedules, track progress, and address delays proactively
- Allocate tasks to site teams and provide technical and safety guidance
- Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards
- Enforce health and safety regulations and identify potential risks
- Maintain site records, daily logs, and project reports
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve on-site issues.
Requirements
- Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related fields
- 10 – 15 years proven experience in construction project management or site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple teams and meet project deadlines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
