Community & Ecosystem Manager
Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦300,000/month
PDO Incorporated is building structured communities across its real estate, agriculture, climate, and social impact platforms and requires a Community & Ecosystem Manager who can turn groups into active, measurable ecosystems.
We are not looking for a moderator. We are looking for a builder.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale structured communities (e.g., realtor groups, volunteer networks, partner ecosystems)
- Design and manage WhatsApp and digital group systems
- Develop engagement calendars that drive participation and retention
- Host webinars, online forums, and physical ecosystem events
- Create measurable membership growth strategies
- Develop workflows for onboarding, participation tracking, and compliance
- Monitor engagement data and produce performance reports
- Design incentive and accountability structures for community members
- Work closely with CX to align community engagement with customer journey touchpoints
- Ensure community standards, quality control, and participation discipline
Candidate Profile
- 2 – 4 years experience managing structured communities or membership platforms
- Demonstrable experience growing realtor, advocacy, or volunteer-based groups
- Strong facilitation and hosting ability (webinars, group sessions, ecosystem meetings)
- Experience building engagement systems, not just conversations
- Ability to design workflows and monitor compliance
- Analytical mindset for tracking retention, participation, and growth
- Experience working in impact-driven or multi-sector ecosystems is an advantage
