Communications & Media Manager
Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦400,000/month (based on capacity)
PDO Incorporated is hiring a Communications & Media Lead to drive structured brand growth across portfolios in real estate, agriculture, eco-tourism, climate advocacy, technology, and social enterprise.
We require a strategic executor — someone who can design communication systems, scale digital presence, and translate complex projects into compelling narratives with measurable growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-sector communication strategy
- Lead structured content systems (social, long-form, press, email)
- Draft press releases, leadership articles, and institutional briefs
- Manage digital campaigns with measurable KPIs
- Leverage AI tools for content efficiency and research
- Oversee brand positioning across multiple industries
- Build analytics dashboards and performance reports
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years experience in communications, digital marketing, media, or brand strategy
- Proven experience scaling a personal or corporate brand
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability
- Demonstrated campaign execution with measurable results
- Ability to manage multiple vertical narratives without dilution
- Strong performance tracking discipline
