Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for a Cold Chain Supervisor.
• The responsibilities include overseeing the storage, transportation, and inventory management of temperature-sensitive goods.
• The Cold Chain Supervisor will ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, optimize operational workflows, monitor temperature-controlled systems, and coordinate with vendors and team members to maintain product quality during all stages of the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold chain management, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• 5-7 years in the installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in compliance with safety and regulatory standards for temperature-sensitive goods
• Strong organizational and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Technical knowledge in quality assurance processes and temperature monitoring systems
• B.Sc. in Refrigeration/Air conditioning, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in the automotive or related industry is an advantage
