Client Relations Officer
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Client Relations Officer to join our team on a remote basis.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and skilled in building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Promote company services to individuals and organizations
- Follow up on leads and close business opportunities
- Meet agreed targets and provide regular updates
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or HND qualification
- Experience in client relations, sales, or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
