Role Description

• We are seeking a Claims Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos.
• The Claims Executive will be responsible for claims handling, assessment, and management processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• This position will require actively interfacing with healthcare providers, reviewing claims documentation, resolving disputes, and maintaining detailed records.
• The role also involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and assisting in resolving claim-related issues.
• Adequate reporting and collaboration with team members will be essential to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management to ensure accurate and efficient processing of claims
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and healthcare providers
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and review claim details, identify discrepancies, and make decisions
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is advantageous
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in using relevant software or tools for claims management and documentation
