We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and manage the security operations of our organization. The CSO will be responsible for ensuring the safety of staff, assets, and facilities, as well as developing and implementing robust security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel.
• Supervise and manage the security team, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Monitor and respond to security threats, incidents, and emergencies.
• Establish access control systems and surveillance monitoring.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Train and sensitize employees on security awareness and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Studies, Law Enforcement, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military background.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
