Swift Consulting, an Education, Human Resources, and Management firm, is currently seeking qualified and experienced applicants to fill the role of Accountant for one of our clients in the E-commerce Industry.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial management tools.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and numerical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and daily transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with management to support financial decision-making and operational efficiency.
