Business & Operations Intern (Executive Support & Digital Growth)
We are looking for a smart, driven, and resourceful Intern to work directly with a Founder managing multiple businesses across logistics, technology, and digital services.
This is a hands-on learning role, not a “sit and watch” internship. You will gain real-world experience in business operations, content creation, and execution across fast-growing ventures.

What You’ll Be Doing
Executive Support
- Assist with scheduling, reminders, and daily planning
- Help manage emails and follow-ups
- Support meeting coordination and note-taking
Operations Support
- Assist in tracking tasks and ongoing projects
- Help organize workflows and business processes
- Support logistics and admin activities when needed
Social Media & Content
- Help manage social media pages (posting & engagement)
- Assist in creating content (videos, captions, ideas)
- Research trends and content strategies
Research & Learning
- Conduct research on markets, tools, and competitors
- Assist in testing new ideas and business opportunities
- Learn how different business units operate
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate
- Smart, fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and writing skills
- Organized and able to follow instructions
- Willing to learn and take initiative
Basic Requirements
- Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic tech tools
- Active on social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Bonus (Not Required, But a Big Advantage)
- Basic video editing or graphic design skills
- Interest in business, startups, or entrepreneurship
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva
