Business Development Officer
Job Description
- We are seeking to employ a Business Development Officer.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, promoting loan products, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new loan clients
- Market and promote the company’s loan products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet assigned monthly business targets
- Conduct basic client assessment and documentation
- Submit regular sales and performance reports
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline
- Proven experience in loan marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of loan products and recovery process
- Must be result-oriented and self-motivated.
