Business Development Officer
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja for a Business Development Officer. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The Business Development Officer will also conduct market research, analyze financial data, prepare reports, and participate in strategic planning initiatives to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in New Business Development and proven ability in identifying and cultivating growth opportunities
- Excellent Analytical and Finance skills to assess market trends, financial data, and profitability
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple projects effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry or similar sectors is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with market research tools is beneficial
