BIM–CAD Specialist
Role Summary
- We are seeking a skilled BIM–CAD Specialist to support our design team in producing accurate structural/civil drawings and BIM models.
- The role requires strong drafting expertise, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural/civil drawings using AutoCAD, CADS-RC, CADS-SW.
- Develop BIM models and drawings using Revit.
- Produce GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, and bending schedules.
- Prepare shop drawings and support Civil 3D detailing.
- Ensure drawing accuracy, standards, and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and support BIM coordination (clash detection, updates).
Key Requirements / Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CADS-RC, CADS-SW, and Revit is essential.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D and BIM coordination tools is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–5 years hands-on experience in structural/civil drafting or detailing.
- Strong understanding of structural detailing, drawing standards, and documentation.
- Ability to organize files, manage drawing versions, and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation of drawings.
