Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager Finance Account, based in Lagos.
• The Assistant Manager will handle daily financial operations, manage accounting processes, oversee financial planning, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• The individual will collaborate with functional teams, prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting, support sales operations, and contribute to maintaining customer and team satisfaction through managerial guidance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and Account Management with the ability to analyze, create, and manage financial reports and budgets.
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to support and enhance customer satisfaction and business growth initiatives.
• Experience in Team Management to lead and supervise teams effectively, ensuring operational efficiency and performance.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous.
