We are looking for a talented and dynamic Architect to join our team!
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design, coordinating consultants, supervising projects, and ensuring compliance with statutory and professional standards.
Requirements
- Must be fully registered with Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON)
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and construction processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and willing to travel within the South-South region
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake conceptual and schematic designs and design development
- Prepare and review working drawings and construction documentation
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Ensure compliance with planning and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
- Interface with clients and represent the firm at meetings
- Support project delivery from inception to completion
