Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦900,000 monthly

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working across the full ML lifecycle and can translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions that drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for production use
- Build and deploy ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model serving
- Develop APIs and interfaces for model deployment and integration with applications
- Monitor and retrain models in production as part of an MLOps workflow
- Work with structured/unstructured data across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements and KPIs
Requirements
- 2–5 years hands-on experience in production ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python, pandas, NumPy, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Demonstrated experience with ML lifecycle: problem framing → feature engineering → training → evaluation → deployment → monitoring
- Experience building models for: recommendations systems, forecasting, classification & NLP or computer vision
- Experience with cloud-based ML deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Familiarity with API development and microservice-based model serving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
