• The ideal candidate will be a skilled agronomist with the ability to function beyond routine crop production activities. The role will cut across technical operations, staff training, and promotional support within the farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support open-field and greenhouse vegetable production, particularly peppers (habanero, bell pepper), tomatoes, and other high-value crops.
• Prepare detailed field reports, production updates, and technical documentation.
• Facilitate and deliver trainings for farm staff and stakeholders.
• Support the adoption of smart agriculture and climate-smart practices to improve productivity and sustainability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vegetable crop production, especially peppers and similar crops.
• Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to facilitate trainings and knowledge transfer.
• Knowledge of smart agriculture, climate-smart practices, precision farming tools, or modern production technologies will be an added advantage.
• Minimum qualification: HND in a relevant agricultural discipline.
