Administrative Officer

Responsibilities

  • Office Management:

  • Scheduling and Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

    • Arrange travel plans and accommodations for employees when necessary.

  • Financial Administration:

    • Assist in budget preparation and financial monitoring.

    • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions.

  • Human Resources Support:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.

    • Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.

  • Policy Compliance:

    • Ensure that the organization’s policies and procedures are followed.

    • Stay updated on relevant regulations and implement necessary changes.

  • Problem Solving:

    • Address and resolve administrative issues or challenges that may arise.

    • Collaborate with other departments to find effective solutions.

  • Team Support:

    • Provide support to various departments as needed.

    • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

  • Technology Proficiency:

    • Utilize office software and tools for efficient record-keeping, communication, and data analysis.

    • Troubleshoot basic IT issues or coordinate with the IT department for resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • 2 – 4 years work experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
