Admin & Data Analyst (Data Entry / Inventory & Reporting Specialist)
About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Admin & Data Analyst to support our Administration, Finance, and Operations teams. You will manage data across multiple departments, generate insightful reports, and help guide strategic business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, data entry, admin, or finance support roles
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in WPS Office
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and integrate data from Sales, Warehouse, After-Sales, Finance, and Inventory to maintain accurate dashboards
- Ensure data integrity by cleaning, validating, and reconciling datasets
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop Excel models and dashboards to visualize performance metrics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights
- Assist Finance with revenue/expense tracking, invoicing support, and basic bookkeeping
- Support inventory analysis and reconciliation; identify discrepancies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and align deliverables with business goals
- Identify process improvements through data insights and recommend solutions
- Maintain high standards of data governance and confidentiality
