Accounts Officer
Job Summary
- Reporting to the Accountant, you will provide support the accounting department in carrying out all of its functions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage invoices, payments and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and data
- Track daily, weekly and monthly inventory, product stock levels and ensure accuracy of inventory reports
- Assist with financial reporting, filing and audits
- Work closely and support the Accountant and the finance team
Skills & Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accouting, Finance or any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software
- Close proximity to Agege Motor Road, Lagos is an advantage.
