Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Day-to-day tasks include monitoring budgets, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing tax returns.
• The role will also involve identifying cost-saving opportunities and collaborating with other departments to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis
• Strong skills in Budgeting, Tax Preparation, and Compliance
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA are an advantage
• Relevant work experience in accounting or finance is preferred
