Are you a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional ready to take ownership of a company’s financial operations?
- We are seeking a competent and proactive Accountant who will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and insightful reporting to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
Financial Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Prepare documentation for audits
- Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls
Operational & Strategic Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for expense tracking and vendor management
- Conduct variance analysis and performance reviews
- Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
Technical Excellence
- Utilize accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Sage, and advanced Excel
- Maintain accurate journal entries and reconciliations
- Stay updated with IFRS/GAAP and financial regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–4 years’ accounting experience in a structured organization
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, financial reporting)
- Solid understanding of tax filing and financial reporting standards
- High integrity, attention to detail, and strong analytical ability
Compensation
- Net Monthly Salary: ₦350,000
- Salary review after 6 months
- Periodic performance-based bonuses
