Account Sales Manager (Education)
Job Summary
- The Account Sales Manager (Education) is responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the education sector.
- This role focuses on building strong relationships with schools, universities, training institutions, and education stakeholders, while promoting the organization’s ICT, EdTech, digital learning, robotics, and training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing education-sector accounts (schools, colleges, universities, training centres).
- Promote and sell education-focused solutions including ICT infrastructure, digital learning platforms, robotics kits, STEM labs, software, and training services.
- Build long-term relationships with school owners, administrators, ICT heads, and decision-makers.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions that align with clients’ academic and operational goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with technical, training, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the education sector.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Represent the organization at education events, school visits, exhibitions, workshops, and conferences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging needs within the education ecosystem.
