RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare Insurance GIT Order for payment
- Updating Terminal & Shipping Payable & Receivable Schedule and Reconcile with import
- Updating Prepaid Schedule/Audit Fees Prov. and Pass Month-End entry
- Passing JV for Payroll Entries
- Liaise with Admin for any BRS Pending entry/approval
- Pass Bank Receipt for Terminal & Shipping Refund
- Updating Corporate Customer WHT Schedule
- Follow up with Payable Team for quick Release of PaymentÂ
- Perform other functions as requested by Seniors
- Daily Debtors Matching for All Coy’s
- Passing JV for Inter-company transactions (Customers Deposit)
- Passing of Customer PDC Entry
- Co-ordinate with Dispatch Rider for Lodgement of PDC to Bank
- Liaise with Payments Confirmation Team for all PDC Related Issue
- Send Daily PDC Deposited Report to Payment Confirmation Team
- Assist in Customer Billing
- Perform other functions as requested by Seniors
SALARY: 250K – 300K
